Exhausted again.

Hey! I was supposed to post the next installment of my #GoLocal series, but I haven’t quite finished it yet so it should come tomorrow instead. In the meantime though, I wanted to ask you a question: How do you deal with exhaustion? I’m not talking about man-I-worked-out-so-hard kind of tired or wow-that-was-a-long-day kind of tired. I’m talking about being in a constant state of tired from the minute you wake up, wanting to just curl up in bed and shut the whole world out, spend the day on the constant verge of crying.

I’ve spent the last week in this state, just so deep in a whole that I have no idea what to do with myself. I think everything in my life just built up so much that I’ve been pulled back into to the depressive state that I haven’t been in in a while. It’s pretty bad. And something that definitely doesn’t help is the fact that when I’m in this place I just want to eat and eat and eat and, well, I really can’t afford to gain any more weight.

So I wanted to ask you, how do you deal with exhaustion? When you get pulled down, how do you get back up? When everything seems out of control, how do keep yourself from going crazy?

I’d love to hear from you guys below, and would appreciate any advice you have to give. In the meantime, I’ll be taking deep breaths and hoping each morning that the day will be better. I hope you, my dear reader, have an amazing day, week, month, and year, even with hardships that may come your way. You are loved.
