There’s this Youtuber that I love, Marzia, and she does this video on her channel where she notes down three things she wants to do at by the end of the month, and throughout the month and the end she would give an update of what she was able to do. I think this is a great idea because it gives you the opportunity to challenge yourself through a monthly set of goals. And although I don’t yet have the confidence to make videos myself, I’d like to try and adapt her format into a blog post. So here we are: my June notes. 😊
June is going to be a pretty hectic month, with my starting a new job adding to current stress, but in the midst of it all, I’d like to have these done by the end of the month.
- Work out: this has been a long time resolution/goal for me that I’ve never really gotten to accomplish. This time around, I’ll have a friend with me to push me so hopefully with his help I’ll be able to get it done.
- Read more: last month I got a hold of four magazines that seemed pretty interesting to me, but I haven’t really gotten the chance to read through them. Since I have four, I could read one every week, and that way I’ll be able to take in something new on a weekly basis.
- Write & publish: as I said in my post yesterday, I do have at least some posts planned out, and I want to get back on the horse this month and start cranking those out. I want to be able to do more of what I love, and I’m hoping that I get the balance that I’ve been looking for soon.
If you look at those three things, you might think that they’re not too complicated and that they should be easy to accomplish. Honestly, I hope you’re right, but with everything going on in my life and in my head I’m not sure they’re as simple as they seem. If they are though, it’s fine. They’re baby steps, and if I get them done, that would just be a start. So yeah, wish me luck! 😄
